Eat and Drink in Food Combining Program, There are any rules ??

Eating is the daily activity that should be done well. The better your rule of eat and drink, the better your digestion system get. That's why we should notice several points in eating and drink activity especially in food combining program.

Firstly, provide a special time, prepare a special time at least 25-30 minutes for your eating activity.


Secondly, sit down, it is very recommended both from health or religion aspect.


Thirdly, chew 30 - 70 times, it helps absorption process of foods. The poor chew can cause poor digestion process.



Fourth, don't push the food with drinks, it will cause the stomach full of water and high gastric acid.


Five, don't hurry to leave the dining, it will cause poor digestion process.

Contoh Menu Sarbu Dalam Food Combining



Bagi anda yang sudah pernah menjalankan program food combining atau saat ini masih/sedang menjalankan food combining, istilah kata " SARBU " tidak asing lagi di telinga anda. Sarbu adalah singkatan dari kata Sarapan Buah. Sarbu merupakan salah satu rangkaian menu makan dalam menjalankan program food combining. Setelah kita mengkonsumsi Jeniper di pagi hari setelah bangun tidur, maka sarbu merupakan menu selanjutnya yang harus dikonsumsi oleh pelaku food combining.


Sarbu bisa dimulai pada pukul 06.00 - 11.30 WIB. Sarbu juga ada syarat-syarat nya loh..

1. Buah harus matang/matang pohon 

Buah yang akan dijadikan Sarbu hendaklah dalam kondisi matang yang sempurna. Buah yang setengah matang, mentah, mengkel sangat tidak dianjurkan.

2. Buah harus berair

Buah hendaklah mengandung kadar air yang cukup, bukan buah kering atau mentah bahkan bergas. contohnya jeruk, semangka, melon, pear, anggur, kiwi, dan lain-lain. Contoh buah yang mengandung gas antara lain durian, nangka, cempedak.

3. Buah harus manis

Buah yang hendak  dijadikan sarbu sebaiknya yang manis contohnya sawo, mangga, apel, jambu biji, jambu kristal, manggis, dukuh, kersen, cherry, salak, dan lain/lain. Hindari buah yang terasa asam seperti kedondong, mangga muda, dan lain-lain.


Selain syarat diatas, sarbu di dalam program food combining harus ekslusif buah saja tanpa tambahan apapun. Buah bisa divariasikan minimal satu macam maksimal lima macam dalam menu sarbu.
